Tea bag dispenser box gift to my manager!

Good day all, today's post is something I made last night, till 4 am this morning. It's a Tea Bag dispenser box and matching card for my manager. I was lucky enough to see a fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator show us how to make one at our last event (Smackdown 2012), I love going to these events, cause I always leave with new ideas, tricks and have a blast, not to mention I get to see some of my favorite ladies and meet new ones.

As you may know, I have changed jobs January 16th, I am so happy in my new diggs. My manager is an angel sent from heaven. This new job has changed my life. My colleagues are very nice and we all get along really well. I even found someone to carpool with, this is good cause I will be able to save on transportation expenses and manage my brand spanking new vehicle, yup, I bought myself a 2012 Dodge Journey and loving it, my first time EVER having a brand new car. Things are looking up, and lets keep it that way! loll

Anyway back to the subject...lolll, it was my manager Luce's birthday yesterday, and I had the perfect gift idea. A couple of weeks ago, she passed in front of my office (ya I have my own office too...!!! WOOT WOOT, I can close the door ;-) lol) and asked if I was a tea drinker, I said yes, and she handed me this ziplock bag full of different kinds of tea so I could pick a flavor. So there you have it I made her a Tea bag distributor.


I totally love the results!

 

I gave it to her today, she has been sick all week,
and only came in today for a couple of hours.
She was very touched and pleased.
Makes me happy to make someone else happy!

I do have instructions that I got from splitcoast stampers, but I found that for me they weren't clear enough. So should you wish to have detailed instructions not to spend extra time to figure it out, send me and e-mail and I will gladly give you a copy.
