My new addiction... making 3D lanterns and matching candles!

Good day, yup a good day indeed, yesterday was a really bad migraine day and didn't get to play in my stamp room as I had planned. But today I did and made a 3D lantern and matching candle. I made six of these at our last Creative Escape weekend retreat for my closest and dearest stamping friends, I had also included a matching card.

At the retreat one of them approached me and asked if I wanted to go to have booth at a craft sale in her town, Hawkesbury, I said sure. The event is this coming Saturday, and since sometimes life throws you a curve ball, I won't be able to attend as my aunt passed away and her service is this Saturday, so it's family time. My friend said she could watch over my table and sell my items for me. God I love my friends.

I don't know where I would be, I am so blessed to have met so many fantastic ladies with this crafting hobby. It has totally changed the person that I am now. I miss them so much and right now more one than the others as I haven't been seeing her as much but think of her every day as she goes threw a rough time in her life, I know we aren't super close, but knowing that someone I care for is hurting, hurts me. Je pense beaucoup a toi!
