Multipurpose Canvas Stampin' Up! style

WOW!!! Two posts in one day...I'm on a roll...lolll...ok so this post is about 3 months old (I am still new at this blogging thing). This event took place on October 22, 2010, Marlayne Hardy organized our early Holiday Hoopla and needed some helpers to do demo booths, this was my first try at it and I was very nervous.

Well here is my project; I signed up to do a demo of 10 min for a 3D/gift project. We are 5 demo's that will show what we have created to other fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators and customers what we had come up with.
I wanted to feature a couple of products that we don't usually use, especially when making cards. I have come up with a canvas that can hold pictures, cards or whatever you fancy. and a small chalkboard Top Note that you can write a little message.
This is Cindy Major she was our guest speaker at this event and came all the way from Québec city to show and share with us some fabulous projects and ideas. I wanted to personally thank her (even though I wasn't the person organizing the event, as I said in a previous post I love to please people). It was funny, cause when Marlayne thanked her for coming and sharing all of her wonderful projects, I stepped in and said that I didn't want to steal the show, but that I had something for Cindy (I had asked her what were her favorite colors in a private e-mail before she came) and handed her a canvas, the funniest part is that after we took the picture, I asked her if I could have it back because I wasn't quite done...everybody laughed, and that is also something else I love to do...lol
This is Roselyn Denis, I handed her one as well because she surprised me at another event (Creative escape retreat in the beginning of October, at time were I was having a hard time at work) with swaps to trade that she had made for me as a birthday gift.
This is me at my demo booth, demonstrators and customers walked around at each booth to hear about the products and our project.
And this is the FABULOUS Marlayne I also handed her one because I love her so much and very glad to be part of her Sparkledaisy team.
